Everything we make starts with real ingredients

Fresh vegetables, meats, cream, cheese, butter, and olive oil. Nothing pre-made or frozen, except our imported Japanese seaweed salad.

We use many local products, particularly peaches, nectarines, apples, tomatoes, and breads from Henley's Orchard, and Albemarle Baking Company.

A broad selection

Everyday we have a wide range of dishes, from staples such as HotCakes Tarragon Chicken Salad, Sesame Noodles, and Torta Rustica; to fresh salmon entrées, meats, salads and other creative dishes.

Our monthly Gourmet-To-Go menu lists entrées, salads, and complementary side dishes that change seasonally.
