In a world of factory-produced desserts, we follow the old methods.

Using pure dairy, sugars and grains, fresh fruits and natural flavorings, every morning our bakers create the kinds of pastries and baked goods our grandmothers loved and took for granted.

Classic, yet inventive

You'll always find superb classic desserts with delicious twists, such as our famous 2-Chocolate Raspberry Cake, which combines white chocolate buttercream, dark chocolate genoise and fresh raspberry cream. Our peanutbutter cheesecake topped with melted chocolate that really IS to die for.

For the gluten-intolerant

We work hard to make everyone happy. For those with gluten intolerance, we always have our Chocolate Sin Cake, a dense fudgy base topped with fresh vanilla whipped cream. And monthly, we often have other options.

I think you should skip everything else – just eat cake
