In a world of factory-produced desserts, we follow the old methods.

Pure dairy, sugars and grains, fresh fruits and natural flavorings - every morning our bakers create the kinds of pastries and baked goods our grandmothers loved and took for granted.

Classic, yet inventive

You'll always find classic desserts with delicious twists, such as our famous Two Chocolate Raspberry Cake, which combines white chocolate buttercream, dark chocolate genoise and fresh raspberry cream filling. Our Peanut Butter Pie, topped with melted chocolate really IS to die for.

For the gluten-intolerant

We work hard to make everyone happy. For those with gluten intolerance, we always have our Chocolate Sin Cake, a dense, fudgy base topped with fresh vanilla whipped cream. And monthly, we often have other options.
